Tzisdaraki Mosque is located in Monastiraki Square, Athens.
Tzisdaraki Mosque is located in Monastiraki Square. Founded in 1759, it has not been used as a mosque since Greek independence. Used as museum since 1918, it housed the Museum of Greek Handicrafts. From 1959 it has been used as an annex of the Museum of Greek Folk Art. In the background is the Parthenon.
