Da Seng Ngan Temple - Ipoh

The 8.5 metre tall Amitabha Buddha of the Da Seng Ngan temple was unveiled on the 8th December, 2014. Carved from granite by artisans, it weighs 30 tonnes. In 1974 a flash mudslide buried the temple for more than thirty years. Excavation was completed in 2006.
